Tommy Duplessis — CEO & Co-Founder Tommy “TommyD” Duplessis brings over 22 years of elite law enforcement experience, including service on the SWAT Team, in Narcotics, and as a detective. Known for his integrity, tactical expertise, and professionalism, he has protected numerous high-profile clients throughout his career. In 2025, he retired to build Blue Fox Chauffeurs alongside his wife, transforming decades of protective service into a refined, elevated chauffeur experience.

Ayre Duplessis — Creator & Co-Founder originally from the UK, offers a globally refined perspective shaped by a life spent traveling the world and living in various countries, including seventeen years in Japan. Fluent in Japanese and conversational in Spanish, she intuitively understands the expectations and etiquette of high-end clientele. A distinguished officer, she rose through the ranks, earned multiple commendations, and received the coveted Life Saver Award. Choosing a more intentional and balanced path, she stepped away from the faster pace and now serves at the Justice Center, providing protection to high-profile individuals while building Blue Fox with elegance and purpose.
