Tommy Duplessis affectionately known as “TommyD,” boasts an impressive career in law enforcement that spans over 22 years. He has held various positions, including patrol officer, training officer, firearms instructor, and school resource officer, ultimately concluding his career as a detective. Additionally, he has provided protection and transportation for several high-profile clients. With a magnanimous personality and old-school values, TommyD is recognized for his honor, integrity, and the trust he has earned within his community. In 2025, TommyD retired from law enforcement to focus on building Blue Fox Chauffeurs alongside his wife and co-founder, Ayre Duplessis, who is currently an active police officer.

Together, they are creating a unique company that stands out from the typical luxury chauffeur services. The foundation of Blue Fox is rooted in their combined over thirty years of law enforcement experience, a strong commitment to safeguarding individuals, and a dedication to ongoing community service.

Ayre Duplessis hails from the United Kingdom, where she graduated from college before traveling the world. She has lived and worked in Mexico and various other countries.Ayre spent over seventeen years in Japan before relocating to the United States. Her experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of cultural diversity and the varied etiquettes and needs of clients from across the globe. Proficient in Japanese and "rusty" Spanish.

Ayre has an illustrious law enforcement career, receiving several commendations and a life Savers award from her agency.
